Polaris Administrative Concepts is a small business that supports other small businesses and nonprofits.  We use virtual methods to connect with our clients; we are in fact virtual assistants.  We are here to assist and serve the small business owner in any necessary capacity.  We have a wide range of talents and capabilities, with training to match.  Find out more about our staff below.

With inspiration to assist herself and entrepreneurs like her, Tara founded Polaris Administrative Concepts in 2007.  She combined many years of experience in the nonprofit and business sectors to create a company that could effectively serve businesses in any part of the world.

Tara holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) at Indiana  University, as well as Certificates in Nonprofit Management and American Humanics.

In addition to managing Polaris, Tara enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three daughters, running marathons, reading, cooking, and learning.
